• Children 15 and under staying with parents are half price on accommodation
• Month stay: pay for 3 weeks get 4th free
• Belizeans are half price May to November
• Groups 12th person free (on accommodation)

Payment:

• Cash is cash (1 US to 2 BZE)
• Credit card is +5%

Cancellation & Refunds:

• NO Refunds
• Cancellations : amount can be credited towards a future stay
• No refund for no-show or unused portions of accommodation.
  (This includes any cancellation due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, or acts of God )
