Cancellation & Refunds: (for Credit Card Only)
The following penalties will apply in case of cancellations:

• 60 days or more prior to arrival date: 50% Refund, less USD$50 Service Fee.
• 59 days or less prior to arrival: NO Refund.
• No refund for no-show or unused portions of accommodation.

This includes any cancellation due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, or acts of God.
